Employees at PSG are required to work 50-55 hours a week, but only paid for 40 hours a week (hours are 8-6 Monday through Friday non negotiable). The environment is in which everyone works is extremely stressful, the office is also set up like a fishbowl; there is little to no privacy. On many occurrences myself and others witnessed employees being let go, which made for a very uncomfortable environment. The turn over rate is unbelievably high, for a small company. During my time there I would say 1-2 people either were let go of or left on their own accord every single week. Most of the management is not aligned what so ever with policy and procedures, and a handful of managers speak negatively about people on their team out in the open (completely inappropriate). To be honest, this would be the last place I would recommend someone go for employment (internally), even if they were desperate. Very unhealthy and unhappy environment.. not to mention awful compensation, and little room for growth (unless someone above you quits and you are forced into their role).

Not being recognized despite hard work. Long hours. Being obsessed with MARGIN MARGIN MARGIN (I get it - you want to make money). I'd leave, but the hours here are so tough I don't really have the time or availability to interview elsewhere. Also "staffing" isn't really a job that I feel like transfers well to other jobs so it's easy to see why people get sucked into this industry. You don't need a college degree to work here - just a GED and some proper training.
