Pros

It's quiet in the office. We get to go home each day. 'Feeling sick' on Mondays and still working here.

Cons

Everything else. Ya it's true, you can have the same person on different teams getting paid something completely different. It makes no sense at all. In addition different teams depending on who is your manager depends on how well liked you are. Full of questionable people. There's no leadership, because if there was you'd realize you can do the same job elsewhere with better pay and benefits somewhere elese. Sooo management is here not because they're good but because other people have quit before them. There are favorites and if you're not one of them you get pushed out. Also there are unrealistic expectations and way too much micromanagement, this job isn't rocket science. Seeing my boss try to explain at the all hands is like polishing a well, something unpleasant and smelly. And vacation policy is terrible, might just call in sick.

Pros

The other recruiters are good people.

Cons

Management is delusional and thinks they are saving the world by staffing temps. 10 hours a day is REQUIRED but often even more is expected. There is no work/life balance. God forbid, you have a doctor's appointment.

Pros

Met some of my good friends and learned what I never want again in a position

Cons

- Working at least 10 hours per day with limited time for a bathroom break let alone meals - They protect employees who belittle and scream at their coworkers in a demeaning way - The CEO and upper leadership is completely out of touch with day to day operations and is always just assuming the employees can put in more work when they are already working at least 50 hours per week - In the time I was there we lost at least one employee per week because of how awful the culture, hours, benefits and leadership here are - Benefits suck - no personal or sick days, very limited PTO. If you get sick or have a doctors appointment, this will take your vacation days away - STRICT 8AM-6PM IN OFFICE for all employees but they do play favorites and let a handful of people work wherever they want
