7yThank you for your review. We take critiques seriously and utilize them to better our business, however, there are a few things from your review that we would like to clarify.
ProTech offers various training opportunities for both our engineers and sales force. These are often vendor or distributor driven and require specific pre-requisites which may disqualify certain employees from enrolling.
Because we are a small, local business, we often do not have promotions available. We are not a large corporation with an extensive hierarchy of work, instead we place people in the positions they are best suited and allow them to grow that position. And because of this, we understand when employees leave to further their careers. We will always try to retain those employees, especially when they have proven themselves as company assets, however, we do not condone intimidation efforts.
While we regret that you did not enjoy your time with us, we strive to create a positive work environment and are constantly looking for ways to improve upon our culture.
