      Pros

      The pros are the benefits: paid time off, holiday pay, vacation, and health benefits. Also not to mention all of the upper management treats you with respect!! Upper management treats you like a human being and they are very personably, almost like family!! On top of that, for me being just an employee the owner of the company Scott really thought highly of me and my work ethics . Just come to work with a smile and do your job!!
