Benefits are okay if you work full-time.

Cons

Management didn't have a clue on how to manage. None of the managers had any formal management training or prior management experience. The company overworks their employees. They are always reducing their work force. They will let someone go and then expect another employee to do the work of two or more employees. One day they will tell you that you're awesome and the next day they will fire you. It's just not a good place to work for.

Decent work environment and mid to senior management truly appreciates and cares for their people.

Cons

Executives disconnected and don't appreciate anyone. Lack of involvement detrimental to internal motivation and client relationships. Seems like all they want to retire or something
