Can make good money, flexible hours, independent contractor, laid back

Cons

micro manage their independent contractors as if they are employees, doesn't value comitted workers, scrupulous and illegal work practices, staff forges contractor's signatures, wicked corporate heads.

Good coworkers. Once you learn the job, it's easy to perform. They used to have some extra fun benefits for employees but as the company grew, the perks shrank, quickly.

Cons

Top-heavy leadership has no idea what's going on at the bottom. They pay on the low end of the pay scale for lower level people, but the higher ups get paid very very well.
