Pros

No experience needed. Lots of training, one on one if needed. Free coffee... For what it's worth...

Cons

Too many "Chiefs", upper management is arrogant. Promotions are give internally. However, a good employee, does not equal a good manager, let alone a leader!

Pros

The insurance premiums are decent. There are a couple of friendly people there.

Cons

In the 2 years I worked there, there were 3 layoffs. One employee was there for 18 years and she was let go. Top heavy company in regards to their execs. Managers show favoritism on a daily basis. No opportunities for advancement. Overworked and underpaid. People talk to you any kind of way via email.
