Pros

I enjoy my team and the opportunity's I am given here, the pay is very competitive and compared to other orgs I have been with benefits, PTO and work life balance are amazing (We get almost 2 weeks for the Holidays each year!). There aren't as many "perks" being onsite as there would be at a big games studio but we do get lunch catered at both locations once a month, coffee and Water are always stocked up, and we get a nice holiday gift each year. I am proud to say I work for ProbablyMonsters aside from any growing pains there may be. I appreciate the CEO's generosity and true compassion he has for employees. I look forward to the day we ship a game and continue to grow as a company.

Cons

A lot of the downsides I think are normal for a start up. You have to be able to pick up and shift your focus at any given time, and unfortunately sometimes leadership has to make decisions we may not love. I think once people stop focusing on what others are doing and we start really working together as a company that wants to succeed we will do great things!
