Pay is at or above market, depending on your role Good PTO & plentiful company holidays There is some hope things will get better, but the fun times are definitely over

Cons

Can be very political, despite promises of being "different than other gaming companies" Sudden cut of bonuses for at least the foreseeable future Incredibly slow and bureaucratic Lack of strategy, vision, transparency, communication, and strong leadership Some people clearly wrong for the role they are in, but no frameworks in place for performance improvement plans; on the other hand, some people seemingly let go out of nowhere. Lots of turnover and very chaotic.
