I checked the "current employee" box but it's a day-to-day worry of 'will i have a job tomorrow'. On three separate occasions we had layoffs followed by being told three times "this won't happen again". This company was promising in the beginning and has since turned into a living nightmare. Nepotism does run rampant but that is no longer the primary concern or complaint. Now, it's completely incompetent HR followed by constant turnover followed by leadership that refuses to take ownership of any of the (NUMEROUS) failures followed by complete 180 degree changes in company direction/plans by a "leader" who has absolutely no idea what he's doing nor does he truly understand what an embarrassment this has turned into. The only reason the majority of people working here are still here after all the crap we've been through is cause no one else is hiring. Putting this company on my resume will be a constant cloud hanging over my head in future interviews.

Priorities change so often because the decisions makers can't make up their minds!! Management is always in conflict with each other, prioritizing their own personal interests rather than the company's! There's a lot going on that's unethical just to serve themselves!
