Pros

ProbablyMonsters truly does care. They have great ideas for games, great teams, and management that cares. They need some help running projects and priorities but when I consider all the places I’ve worked and projects I’ve been on, I only complain because I’ve come to hold ProbablyMonsters to such a high regard that I expect more from them. They really do care. They try their best. I’m proud to work here!

Cons

They’re a large size for a startup and they need patience and understanding while they figure out the business side of things.

Pros

I've said it to family and friends... this is the greatest place I've ever worked. Leadership is amazing and has an open-door policy at all levels. In my two years here, I have grown from an IC to a manager to a Lead. The people first culture is real.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I would categorize as a downside. That said, a good leader recognizes opportunities for change. Sometimes that change is hard.

ProbablyMonsters is an apt name for this company, because the people running it are probably monsters with how toxic they are and how terribly they treat employees! They make unreasonable demands, yell at people whenever their expectations aren't met, often make inappropriate remarks towards employees, and are just overall terrible people!
