      Pros

      There are a lot of things to like about PM. The pay and benefits were good, and the quality of the folks hired there was typically very high, so you got to work with people at the top of their game.

      Cons

      Executive leadership for a long time had almost no oversight of projects that drifted aimlessly for years. Then as the company started to run out of money, they snapped WAY to the other end of the spectrum and started hounding dev teams with monthly reviews where everyone's job was at stake, every time. Everyone wondering if their team was the next to get chopped. Not a great environment.
