      Pros

      So many opportunities to work on different government projects. A place that rewards those who put in the work. Management is always available and works hard to keep up with recent progress.

      Cons

      Regular government contractor cons. However the PM's do a great job of managing client expectations and making sure no one is overwhelmed.

      Technology focused technology company. Everyone"gets" it. Low turnover has created great depth of talent.

      Cons

      Office is in Herndon, but the majority of our work is in DC.

      Pros

      Procentrix leadership really wants to do exciting and rewarding work and that mentality is pervasive through all the company. The company is very focused on becoming leaders in core areas and not being another "me too!" company. We're surrounded by some of the best talent in the industry and the work we do is challenging and motivating. Best company culture I've ever seen!

      Cons

      Absolutely no negatives about this place.
