      A company with integrity who cares about it's employees and clients

      Pros

      This company has repeatedly proven to be one of integrity, one that listens to and cares about its employees, as well as, its clients. Innovation is a key component at the heart of each business engagement. Upper management makes a concerted effort to listen to employees and express appreciation for hard work (which is rare). Has a great mix of highly technical folks who truly will pitch in where and when needed to get the job done and support one another. Provides training, tuition assistance, 401K matching, PTO. Positive working environment. If you are a developer who thrives on cutting edge technology and innovation, you'll be happy here.

      Cons

      If you're looking to advance into a management position that may be difficult only due to the size of the company and contracts. As the company continues to grow and acquire larger contracts, this will change, and provide avenues for management growth.

      Pros

      Yearly birthday card with $100

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Mostly concerned with billable hours to large government contracts. Lack of technical innovation and non competitive salaries.

      While we try hard, we are not always able to catch and mitigate all employee issues, especially when not brought to our attention before it is too late. We encourage our employees to share feedback (good or bad) so we can continually improve the company. Open communication is one way we have been successful in keeping most of our employees challenged, and happily employed at Procentrix. We are proud of our exceptionally talented and innovative employees.

      Pros

      They understand work life balance. Employees are very self directed. Excellent opportunities to increase technical knowledge with training and professional assignments.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so there are not that many different positions in the company.
