      A company with integrity who really cares about their staff and the great work they do.

      Pros

      Can't beat the flexible schedule, friendly team and the incredible group of talented people at this place. I learn something new every day. Taking this job was a huge change for me after many years at a much larger company but the staff and management made me feel like my contributions and my part of the team are truly valued. The CEO takes the time to greet people and talk to them. He knows treating people right mean they'll go the extra mile to keep making the company a great place and keep producing quality products. It may be under 200 employees but this place and its leadership know what they're doing and they have a plan to reach their goals. I have no regrets coming here.

      Pros

      Good, experienced employees. Focused management. The company has grown in the past few years and has become more established. It has earned a good reputation because it delivers high-quality innovative solutions.

      Cons

      Performance incentives would make it exceptional.

      Pros

      Procentrix leadership really wants to do exciting and rewarding work and that mentality is pervasive through all the company. The company is very focused on becoming leaders in core areas and not being another "me too!" company. We're surrounded by some of the best talent in the industry and the work we do is challenging and motivating. Best company culture I've ever seen!

      Cons

      Absolutely no negatives about this place.
