Pros

Company is scaling, fast moving

Cons

The workplace is highly political, with frequent backstabbing. Leadership prioritizes company goals over process and organizational integrity. Teams lack an understanding of Design Controls and view good practices as obstacles. Management pushes employees to their limits, often to the point of burnout. The company overall does not care about employees. If they could they would only hire people without a family and without a personal life.
