Pros
- Interesting tech stack - Great team - A lot of opportunity for branching out and learning new things - Everyone has a chance to expose their ideas and have an input in decisions
Cons
Since the whole team is remote, having a yearly gathering would be nice (and it's part of future plans as far as I know).
