      Very fast pace with lots of projects on the go, They are going through rapid growth and have very ambitious goals for the near future.

      Cons

      - Senior managers have a strong micromanagement style that often gets transmitted even to the developer's day-to-day making it difficult to manage teams effectively. - Constant firefighting with production issues makes it difficult to focus on new or ongoing initiatives.
