They take care of their employees - I've seen several examples of financial support above LTD insurance or other benefits when employees are in need. They support charities, are flexible with hours, believe in family first, etc. They pay well, good perks to the job.
The office I work in has a close-knit team, most of whom have been here for 5 or more years which says a lot.
Cons
Some of the company procedures are not the same in every office, so it's a bit of a pain if you are working with another office on a multi-site hire, but they are working on better communication and policies which should help.
Opportunity to grow your career if you can work with minimal support. Some offices have a full commission structure while others have a mix of salary/commission. In general the commission structure is fair for recruiters.
Cons
Little aid from senior management to grow. Saw a lot of people move on to better careers due to limited career growth opportunities. In general I found that if you were a strong recruiter no one wanted to see you move into account management where commission rates could be higher.
