      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work for. Upper management knows their employees and cares about them. Compensation is very good. I was given many opportunities for training and to learn new skill sets. Management takes into account the employees concerns and wishes whenever possible.

      Cons

      Some of the management team could be better communicators. Benefits do not seem to be consistent across divisions.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers and clients. Reasonable supervisors who are pretty laid back. Good set-up with inside and outside sales team. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Old boys network atmosphere. Few women in management roles as most are in administrative positions. Not much room for advancement.
