Pros

- Hire from IIM - Good Salary - Good Facilities

Cons

- There is favouritism amongst a p&g employee and one of the team members. It gets so bad that we can't take decisions at time without them being involved. This person also does nothing 70% of the time, but we can't remove them because of the relationship. A waste of time and money just because of favouritism - Multiple leads. Everyone is trying to drive the team in their direction. In case you want to drive real change and efficiency forget it. You won't get the support. You are expected to deliver on everything. When you ask for prioritisation due to the limited resources, no one really helps you there and will expect you to deliver on all expectations together, which is near impossible. - The team is put on PIP every 3 months without any criterias to substantiate. A lot more problems. But I'll draw the line here
