Pros

A great company with great values and training. Good benefits. A good place for those who want to stay with the same company for 10-20 years. Good career paths for marketing and sales roles.

Cons

Highly competitive and can be quite hierarchical. It can be a stressful place for those who do not learn how to catch up/prioritize. Some long-winded processes/approval loops can reduce supply chain robustness. Long hours for some roles. Middle managers will find it hard to get promoted.
