Pros

The company walks the talk; they treat employees very fairly. Work/family balance is very important and ok to put family first. Great benefit package. Hire top notch people - great working environment. Only promote from within so alot of opportunity to advance.

Cons

large organization - can be alot of beauracracy - can take a while to get things done and approved. All things go through Cincinnati. Easier to be promoted if you are willing to move to Cincinnati for a home office assignment for a couple of years.
