Pros

Great autonomy to work. People friendly. Your Manager can make or break your experience. Typically managers are good. S&B are good if you are good performer. Good culture. Global opportunities are available.

Cons

If you have a bad manager then it can be very difficult. At times Decision Making is not very agile.

Pros

absolutely excellent career advancement opportunities there is so much to do you can absolutely never get bored no single person will have the same exact career path consistent strong financial performance (even with some of the news items lately)

Cons

highly bureaucratic, extremely large so in some cases its difficult to find out who does what because of the rank & yank performance measurements it can be highly political at times (but what fortune 20 company isn't)
