Pros

-good employee friendly policies that include flex time, work-life balance and engaging non-work related actvities on-site -wide range of trainings both for personal and professional development available -opportunities for internal moves across Brands and across functions

Cons

-closed environment and seems distant to "real" world -Middle & Senior manager typically know only the "P&G" way/speak and hence anything else is alien and considered negatively -forced ratings hence there will be people who will be 3 rated (scale 1-2-3) even if they have fully delivered. -salary on the lower side for the role compared to "market rates"
