Pros

Respect for human capital thus encouraging individual development. Giving opportunities to learn quickly with stress on delivering results and commitments Extremely versatile cultural exposure with cross country expats working on same assignment. Big stress on work life balance.

Cons

Staying in touch with consumer need is slow and also the reaction time to changes. This needs to be the focus area for winning in new markets. Improved focus on remote location working to enable better productivity.
