Pros

being able to lean the new things through the work as well as the leadership skills to grow my self faster.

Cons

takes time to make a decision by following standard approval process and a variety of measures to be cleared to do that.

Pros

Intense assignments' cycle in different countries and organizations (markets, plants, HQ, service centers). Dynamic, multicultural environment well-oriented toward common goals. High business conduct, safety, work and life balance and corporate responsibility standards.

Cons

Promotion from within hampers management styles variety at higher levels. Dominant market position nurtures self-centered, "we're the best" attitudes. Size and complexity provokes bureaucratic behaviors and high inertia. Promotion system and short assignment cycle encourages competitive and to some extent stressful environment.

Pros

Procter & Gamble is a highly respected company and puts a lot of resources into its interns. They expect you to work hard.

Cons

The locations are not the best. Gillete is the only brand in a reasonable location. Most jobs are in Cincinnati.
