Pros

It's a relaxed place to work where people are available to help with questions about the job. Good to have for the CV. Management is also supportive.

Cons

Computerised screening process to cut out applicants to other P&G jobs results in somewhat unfair selection criteria. Could be a bot more open to new graduates.
