Pros

Great People and great culture. Lots of oppurtunities available to grow and see across different functions and learn more from others.

Cons

Hours are long for new hires. The learning curve is very steep as you are given more and more responsibilities as you grow more.

Decision making is long and exhaustive- improved pace and feedback could further strengthen our impact to the market. Accountability is driven to lowest level and is not the most effective tool to get results done
