Pros

No office politics, pay for performance, high focus on work life balance, policies on sustainability, excellent pay and benefits, excellent training and development, promotion from within policy.

Cons

Can't think of anything - so proud to work for them. Slow elevators, free coffee in the vending machines not very nice, but the real coffee served at the coffee bar is worth the money.

Pros

Lots of resources, historically great innovation and market/customer/consumer relevance. Can get wonderful CPG experience and if open to relocation, can really go far in your career.

Cons

As with any large company, bureaucracy is an issue. Decisions are sometimes slower than they should be. Work/life balance is talked about but never truly achieved.

Pros

There are a lot of development opportunities, no matter what you are looking for; a lot of trainings. A lot of different categories and departments to work for.

Cons

not a very challenging work all the time. Some times no one understands why we have to do something that is meaningless.
