Good place to start your careeer, the training and coaching level is highest industry standard in the region. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lower then competition conpensation rate. Because of "centralization" policy senior managers ofter have no idea of what you are doing.

The main downside of working in P&G is the same as working in any other corporation. Everything is ordered in procedures
