      As any large company, it may be beaurocratic/slow at times. It is also difficult to introduce innovative/out of the box, unproven ideas.

      Pros

      American type of management gives a lot of space to everybody to talk about their opinions and express their ideas. Team is really young and age does not limit career progress at all, therefore everybody can be promoted quite easily. Benefits package is really good when compared to other companies. There is a lot of training going on constantly and everybody can take part in it. Working time is really flexible and therefore perfectly fits to anyone.

      Cons

      Really result oriented environment that makes it competitive within the company, especially in the sales department.

      Great experience through training. Hire from within company. The culture is great. Promotes diversity in the company. All of this makes this a great company to work for.

      Large company red tape, sometimes takes a while to make significant change.
