Pros

Great employee benefits and good pay. Many opportunities for additional training, and monthly meetings with managers to help you achieve your best. Effort is often rewarded through pay rises, promotions and other benefits

Cons

There are many areas of the company, not all will be to your preference, but most areas work on a rotation scheme, moving people between different areas every few years (open to discussion but strongly pushed for). Work/life balance is very mixed. Especially depending on the department you are working in, overtime can be an expectation on a regular basis, rather than every so often.
