Pros

Best in class training for marketing and brand management - experience at P&G has opened an incredible amount of doors for me.

Cons

Tough culture - the up-or-out model is very real here and performing at expectations is not performing well enough. P&G expects their brands and their ABMs to overdeliver year after year.
