Monday-Friday, no required weekends or holidays. Full benefits. It is a good resume builder for customer service. Starting pay for an agent is higher than most for the area. Monthly bonuses are offered based on performance and attendance.

Cons

Management is disorganized and does not provide growth as advertised. They are not lenient with remote positions, when it is clear the job is capable to be fully remote. They are exceptionally strict with attendance. Annual raises are not enough to cover every day living and inflation.
