Thank you for your response. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food trucks. Many of our other teammates do as well, that is why during the winter months when the trucks cannot come, we will have weekly visiting restaurants in the cafeteria. This way the teammates will continue to have a variety of food selections, in the comfort of our building. No trekking through the snow needed. Best of luck to you!

Pros

The people, including management are great. The environment is very friendly and many people become long-term friends. Good benefits, good pay, HR & Mgmt do a lot to thank employees during the year. Overall a great environment and company to work for.

Cons

Parent company oversight forces management to make decisions which are based on limited information and limited understanding of circumstances. Depending on the position, one mistake can be fatal. If parent company decides they do not like someone or their rep is not able to understand the business, they run you out. Loyalty, seniority and previous work records seem to be ignored. Sadly witnessed this happen several times to very good people.

I am sorry that you have this view of our parent company. Our parent company is invested in our business, and we would expect this of any parent company. When a teammate leaves, it is perfectly natural for their teammates to feel an emotional loss. Thank you for your review.

Pros

The lady supervisors are nice, the promise of benefits if you can get hired on, and bonuses.

Cons

The way the male supervisors treated me was different from other girls who you'd consider hot.

Thank you for your review. The allegations that you have listed are very serious. What is concerning is that you felt that this platform is the correct avenue to use to address the issues. It can be perceived that these allegations are false, as this has never been communicated to Team Resources, or your leadership. Per our policies, it is up to the teammate report his or her concerns so that they may be addressed and if you feel that management isn’t acting in the capacity to assist you, it is your responsibility to bring it to Team Resources attention. There are many leadership individuals that you could have reached out to including team leads, supervisors, managers, and directors. All are available to assist you. We pride ourselves on the commitment of our leadership team’s professionalism. There would be no valid reason for you to be treated differently than any other teammate. Each teammate is treated with respect and dignity. Moreover, each leader understands the importance of equality. Proctor is only concerned with the success of the teammate, and whether the he or she can meet expectations of the position, not if they can perform based on gender or their appearance.
