Great learning opportunities, company prides itself as forward-thinking

Cons

You will be overworked and underpaid, they pay overtime not as percentage of your salary but using fixed figures. Also management does not seem to care and will increase your salary upon complaint by a small margin which will make you pay more tax. Also there is a bunch of freeloaders in the company so guess who will be bearing that weight of work for them? You. In my opinion, the pros far outweigh the con but it's a good company if you stay short-term.
