I really cannot think of any

Cons

The company lacks integrity. They repeatedly lied and wanted to not abide by licensing agreements. They would make promises to vendors and not follow through. They work within the grey area when it comes to immigration and visa regulations. The North American infrastructure is old and corporate would not approve budget to upgrade until systems would fail.
