Work culture. more Tamil. people no dress code. event gatherings.

Cons

like other companies. Politics, less hike and etc. As it is a very small company jumping to a new project is not at all possible. Even though u are working in the same project for 6 years, You will not get a chance to change your project unless there is pressure from account directors or Senior project manager. At least they won't give you promotion as well.
