      It is a good experience working here, my colleagues are great and so is the exposure. Even the management works with the rest of us so it is wonderful to interact with them and learning from them.

      Cons

      I would like more flexible working hours.

      Pros

      Prodapt is a growth oriented company with good leadership. Joined six months back and it has been a great experience working with the teams. I'm happy that I chose Prodapt over other opportunities and looking forward for a long stint here.

      Cons

      Though some flexibility of work timings but organization does not really encourage working from home option, which I used to enjoy in my previous employment.
