Cons
Recognition from leadership needs improvement this comes up consistently and quietly in exit conversations. Systems and processes are still maturing and there are gaps between what is promised and what is delivered on the ground. Compensation growth can feel stagnant without strong visibility. Middle management recognition gap is real. Associates who perform well do not always feel seen enough. Decision making can sometimes feel influenced by relationships rather than merit. Visibility with the right people matters more than it should those who are well connected tend to move faster regardless of contribution.
