Good Cab facilities Employer is more concerned about safety of women including promotions/ hikes for them. Few Good People. One of the best organizational policies

Cons

Poor Resource Management. No proper training given to employees but that employee has to handle the entire project. Fun fridays are very boring. Harassing two people from a crowd and making others laugh dosent come under fun category Promotions and hikes are for the reserved and not for the deserved.
