-Easy Visibility and approachablity towards top hierarchies of management -Testing Team enjoys more. Even Onsite. -Basic Policies and Facilities are Good.

Cons

-Very few development projects -One year no hike and next year in single digit percentage -Sometimes a Freshers may earn more than wat you earn even after 3 years. -2.6 years bond for freshers
