Used to be a great place to work, and the people are still great thankfully, but nothing much else to say beyond that.

Cons

Prodege used to be great, but now it's turning into another asset that's being squeezed to the bone by private equity. Stay away if you have any interest in building a career. Very few opportunities for advancement. It feels like eventually they'll bring everyone into office 5 days a week if they can. Systems are very old and outdated, but somehow we still have a high quality panel.
