The culture is good but it all depends 'who' you are working for.

Cons

Compensation = OK Technology = Depends who is your manager. The crocodile will eat you up for no reason. Destroyed the technology value. Web testing was code review, really? Just stay away from the crocodile. You will be stressed as the crocodile breathes down your neck all the time for no reason.

Great team, great environment, supportive, community, appeared to be transparent and friendly.

Cons

You never know when you will be let go even when you are doing great and their packages suck no matter how long you have been with them
