The guy who started the company is a genuinely great human being.
Cons
You will never move beyond the one task you are hired for, you will be assigned to a team and even if you change teams you will be working with the exact same technology and the exact same solutions the exact same way. You never actually fix an issue you just wrote more code to hide it. The code has some very old problems that have never been addressed and the way they go never will. They moved to Amazon Web Services but don't use any of the services there that would make the product better. One of the company key values is Respect, and you are almost certain not to get any from anyone with Director in their title, there are people in some departments who wouldn't even acknowledge me in the elevator when I said hello.
