A lot of benefits: WFH, Transportation, Food service, Vacations, Birthday cakes, Parking spaces, English classes, Trainings, etc. Very nice and friendly people working there. First class facilities. First class equipment.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive. Process for promotions or salary increases is not clear and changes often. Salary increases are very small unless is part of a promotion. Location of facilities is hard to access. Sometimes management fill a position with the first person available and not the right person.

Pros

Very good location in regards to transportation and shopping. Good group of employees to work with and some really good clients. Good benefits.

Cons

The Chicago office is shrinking. No salary increases what so ever. Management can be quite overbearing and overtime is almost mandatory.
