Really nice place to work, full of talented people and with nice benefits

Cons

The amount of time waiting for a way to share the parking spots is unbelievable (also the parking spots are wasted). A salary increase would be really nice.

- A great informal environment to work in - Incredible smart and collaborative people - Focus on learning, technical growth and knowledge sharing - Goals oriented, a lot of flexibility about working hours, time to get into the office, as far as the project and the team don't get hurt. - Payed overtime - Encourage ownership about your work and your growth, a lot of resources and opportunities to become a better professional

Cons

- Even when the wages are ok, they're below the average in the industry. It's true, tho, that right now there's a bubble in the colombian tech industry, but they need to up their game if the company wants to keep playing at its level. You can only go so far just with benefits. - A lot of things that happen with the employees seem to be closely related to the agency they work with and the feedback they provide, from salary raise until promotions. I understand they started to take some steps to change that this year, we'll see how that works. - Last year and a half the company grew really fast, which brought some chaos and some unpleasant changes. There's a lot of room for improvement on that front.
