      Enjoyed this opportunity as I got to use a lot of security tools.

      Cons

      More than 60% of the employees spoke spanish and some did not speak English well. Not a great environment if you are looking to find an English speaking team.

      The pay rate was great over there. The overtime is there all you need.

      Cons

      The customers expect a little to much from the Produban teams. Like on the drop of the hat. Then they are ready to report you if you don't do there request fast enough.
