      Good salary and compensations. High-tech company. It is a good school.

      High pressure to results. Extra time hours to reach the results. Difficult to manage the personal life and professional.

      The pay rate was great over there. The overtime is there all you need.

      Cons

      The customers expect a little to much from the Produban teams. Like on the drop of the hat. Then they are ready to report you if you don't do there request fast enough.
